Compliance & Consumer Notices
We want you to know exactly who we are, what we do, and what we do not do before you hire anyone for your claim.
Texas Public Insurance Adjuster License
#3574904
You can verify a Texas license holder through the Texas Department of Insurance.
How a Public Adjuster Works With You
A public adjuster represents the policyholder, not the insurance company. Here is what working together looks like.
-
01
Consultation
You share your loss details, estimate, or denial letter. We explain how we may be able to help and whether hiring a public adjuster makes sense for your situation.
-
02
Written agreement
If you decide to move forward, our services and fees are set out in a written agreement that you review and sign before we begin work.
-
03
Documenting the loss
We review your policy, inspect the damage, and organize photos, measurements, and estimates so the loss is clearly documented.
-
04
Presenting the claim
With your authorization, we present the documented claim and communicate with your insurance carrier on your behalf, keeping you informed at each step.
-
05
Pursuing a fair evaluation
We advocate for a fair evaluation under your policy. The carrier makes the final coverage decision, and your policy terms control what is covered.
Important Consumer Notices
Not a law firm
ProScope Claims Consulting does not provide legal advice or legal representation. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.
Written agreement required
Public adjusting services are provided only under a written agreement, in accordance with applicable Texas law. Read it carefully and ask questions before you sign.
No guaranteed outcome
We cannot promise a specific result or settlement amount. Coverage and payment decisions are made by your insurance carrier under your policy.
No repair or construction work
Our public adjusting role is separate from construction and restoration. We do not perform repair work on claims we handle.
Appraisal is policy-dependent
Appraisal may be available if your policy includes it and there is a disagreement about the amount of loss. Appraisal support is subject to applicable independence and conflict-of-interest requirements.
